Project Title
Arm Control Using EEG Signals
Description
The goal of the project is to help those people with disabilities who either have an amputated arm, disconnected nerves to the arm, or are paralyzed. By constructing an arm controller that would be able to read brain signals and interpret them as various arm movements, which can be sent to a robotic arm to control, we can provide people with such disabilities to have a controllable robotic arm. The brain signals in our case would be electroencephalogram (EEG) & signals collected from a non-invasive headset. Thus, our system would not only be cost effective compared to the alternatives, but also not require any surgery.
